If you are interested in the Rotary Youth Exchange Programme you should complete the Initial Application form and also contact us via the "Contact Us" page and provide your contact details, school, and date of birth.

 

Initial Application Form:

The first step is to download and complete an Initial Application Form. This application form may be downloaded from this site, Initial Application Form    Make sure you also read the "Information" page on this website. Applications for January departure, close on the 30 April.

        PRIVACY: Every student and their parent(s) who complete the initial application          consent to the collection of personal information (including a confidential                    school reference) concerning them for the purpose of applying  for acceptance                    as a Rotary International Exchange Student and consent to the disclosure of all              information in the initial and full application forms to Rotarians, potential host                  families, Rotary Clubs and Rotary District Committees both in New Zealand and              overseas.

Applicants should contact their nearest Rotary Club and ask that club to sponsor their application which is then sent to the District Exchange Committee.

          Please keep these dates free. Parents must attend the Sunday sessions.
