Initial Application Form:

The Outbound Co-ordinator will then direct you to complete an Initial Application Form. This application form may be downloaded from this site, Initial Application Form   

        PRIVACY: Every student and their parent(s) who complete the initial application          consent to the collection of personal information (including a confidential                    school reference) concerning them for the purpose of applying  for acceptance                    as a Rotary International Exchange Student and consent to the disclosure of all              information in the initial and full application forms to Rotarians, potential host                  families, Rotary Clubs and Rotary District Committees both in New Zealand and              overseas.

Applicants should contact their nearest Rotary Club and ask that club to sponsor their application which is then sent to the District Exchange Committee. Alternatively application forms can be sent to:

          IMPORTANT NOTE: All applicants must attend the live in selection weeken which

        runs from Friday to Sunday on the dates listed in "Upcoming Events" Please keep

        these dates free. Parents attend the Sunday sessions.

The Full Application Form must only be downloaded and completed by applicants that have completed the selection process and have been directed to complete the Full Application Form by the Outbound Co-ordinator. The Full Application Form can be downloaded from this site, Full Application Form
